1. We are based in the town of Dover, Kent, famous for it's White Cliffs and situated in the beautiful Garden Of England.
2. Our delivery charges are based upon the weight of your item, the postal service you require, and the Royal Mail Cost to send the item to you based on these. We always advise you of all charges up front before taking payment from you.
3. You can pay over the telephone by Debit or Credit Card, or you can send us a cheque. Your goods will then be sent when your payment is clear.
4. If we deal with the company who stock the item you are after we will do our very best to order the item for you but we cannot guarantee this. If we are able to order the item, payment must be made up front before we will order.
5. Our business started as a bricks and mortar shop, and we still run this shop very successfully today. Due to the nature of the business, our stock levels can fluctuate on certain items through the week and it is impossible to update our online shop whenever an item is sold. To make sure you are not disappointed by ordering an item and paying on the internet and then finding the item out of stock, we prefer to talk to you and let you know exactly what's what before you make your payment, and we dont then have to worry about issuing refunds all the time!
6. If the item(s) you order are out of stock, we are more than happy to place an order for the item for you as long as the item is not discontinued at the manufacturers. We would take at least a small deposit to order the item from you (in some cases, full payment must be made to enable us to place the order) and as soon as the item becomes available we will let you know and dispatch without delay.
