These Terms and Conditions are applied to every purchase at Dover Sewing
Centre, 36-38 High Street, Dover, Kent. CT16 1EA, and
www.doversewingcentre.co.uk. If in any doubt, please ask for
confirmation before making your purchase.
It is the customers responsibility to check that enough yarn has been
purchased to complete a garment if purchasing a yarn different to that
of the pattern being used. To help in this matter,
www.doversewingcentre.co.uk fully highlights the tensions and yardage of
each yarn on sale (found on the ball band of any given yarn). If
you require help with this, please contact us on
doversewingcentre@talktalk.net and our experienced customer service
staff will assist you.
Sale items can sell out faster than we can update this
website, so please be aware that these items are usually very limited
and are sold on a first come, first served basis. If you buy a
sale item that is subsequently sold out, we will offer an alternative
colour or yarn, full refund or credit against another future
item.
Colours have been reproduced as closely as possible but
may not be an exact/true match to the yarn due to colour variations on
computers.
Some items displayed for sale at
www.doversewingcentre.co.uk have to be ordered from the
manufacturer and can take approx 28 for delivery. You will receive
an email to confirm delivery times within 24 hours of placing your
order.
If an item is faulty, you may return it to us for a
replacement or alternative item. We do not exchange the following
items:
Knitting patterns,
Knitting or sewing needles
If no replacement or alternative is available, we will
issue a credit voucher to the value of the purchase (excluding p&p).
We do not give refunds (distance selling regulations excluding).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All good sold are inclusive of VAT at the current rate
(20%)
